Lucca is our home in Italy, and every day we are reminded of how lucky we are to be here. It is a magical place.
The town is vibrant and energetic, while still also being very authentically Italian. It has not succumbed to the tourist crowds in the way that some neighbouring Tuscan cities have.
We have spent the last year trying every bar, restaurant, pizzeria, pasticceria, piazza and playground on offer - and we feel that now we have a very good handle on the best experiences available.
